1. Returns

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Items may be inspected upon return. Customers may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are manufactured on demand.

Made-to-order production does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. However, products that are clearly personalized according to a customer’s individual specifications may be excluded where permitted by law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be covered by Auraculus.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds include the original standard delivery charges. Additional costs for premium delivery options are not refundable unless required by law.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Auraculus covers the applicable return shipping costs.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Your statutory return and consumer rights remain unaffected.
