These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on auraculus.com. Auraculus is a French registered clothing business offering original apparel and designs.
By placing an order, customers agree to these terms, without affecting their statutory consumer rights.
2. Products
All Auraculus products are made to order through our production partners. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, colors, and images. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and production processes.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed on our website. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are communicated before checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s supported payment providers.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
Auraculus reserves the right to cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Any canceled and paid order will be fully refunded.
5. Production & Shipping
Our products are manufactured on demand after purchase confirmation.
We currently offer standard shipping to France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.
Standard shipping: €6.99
Estimated total delivery times:
- France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom: 9–13 business days.
- United States, Australia: 10–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. The applicable delivery commitment is communicated before purchase confirmation.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
Customers must notify Auraculus of their decision to withdraw and return the products within 14 days of that notification.
Return shipping costs for withdrawals are the customer’s responsibility, provided this information was communicated before purchase.
Products specifically personalized according to individual customer requirements may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Standard made-to-order products are not automatically excluded.
7. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned products are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
Refunds include the original standard delivery charges where required by law.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Auraculus.
We will provide an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers will not be charged return shipping costs when exercising their statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
9. Legal Guarantees
All customers benefit from applicable statutory consumer guarantees.
Under French law, consumers generally benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.
Customers may also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
These rights apply independently of any commercial warranty.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions.
Discount codes must be applied during checkout. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined.

All original Auraculus designs, logos, images, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
